The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) regulates all physicians and physician assistants in Alberta and is governed by the Health Professions Act. We protect the public by issuing practice permits, setting minimum standards for professional and ethical behaviour, and managing complaints involving regulated members.
