Simply put, STARS fights for life.  STARS was born out of necessity. Since our first mission in 1985, more than 65,000 missions have been flown. We are driven by the goal of providing people with vital critical care when they need it the most.  We operate 24/7 from six bases across Western Canada.  In a worst-case scenario, STARS is the best hope.
